Prenda Law 'Porn Troll 'Agrees To Be Disbarred In Illinois

Law360, New York (May 19, 2017, 9:35 PM EDT) -- An attorney with Prenda Law who pled guilty in March to scheming to extort millions in fraudulent copyright infringement settlements from people who downloaded pornographic movies has agreed to be disbarred, according to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
