7 Charged In Chinese Trade Secrets Theft From Trelleborg

Law360, New York (May 24, 2017, 7:52 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors in Washington, D.C., charged seven people Wednesday with taking part in a scheme to steal trade secrets from a marine materials unit of the Swedish engineering firm Trelleborg AB, saying the thefts were meant to benefit a state-supported Chinese company.
