Real Estate Rumors: Lennar, Pioneer Acquisitions, CW Realty

By Andrew McIntyre (May 30, 2017, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A subsidiary of home builder Lennar Corp. has picked up 2.35 acres in Tampa Bay and is under contract to buy an additional 9.5 acres along the Tampa Bay waterfront, the Tampa Bay Times reported on Friday. Lennar subsidiary WCI Communities plans to build 35 townhouses on the smaller plot and also plans to build townhouses at the other 9.5 acres, the paper said. The 2.35-acre parcel is located in Tampa Bay's Westshore Marina district, according to the report....
