Huawei Hit With UK Injunction After Refusing License

Law360, New York (June 8, 2017, 8:47 PM EDT) -- A British judge ruled Wednesday that Huawei will be subject to an injunction after it did not accept a licensing rate for Unwired Planet's standard-essential wireless technology patents, which the judge calculated in April and declared fair and reasonable.
