Digital Rights Co. Seeks New IP Trial Against Google

Law360, Washington (June 8, 2017, 6:34 PM EDT) -- A digital rights management company owned by Time Warner and Pendrell Corp. on Thursday asked a Federal Circuit panel for a new patent infringement trial against Google Inc., arguing that the trial court allowed Google to mislead the jury with an improper infringement analysis.
