Polsinelli Nabs Litigation, Arbitration Ace From Hogan Lovells

Law360, New York (June 23, 2017, 4:15 PM EDT) -- Polsinelli PC hired a commercial litigator with nearly three decades of experience in domestic and international consumer class action and arbitration experience from the ranks of Hogan Lovells to join its New York office, the firm has announced.

Frank Spano joined Polsinelli’s growing business litigation team as a shareholder in May, the firm announced on June 13. Spano, who focuses his practice on consumer class action, consumer liability and international arbitration, as both counsel and arbitrator, has been lead attorney for class actions and multidistrict litigation in a variety of industries, such as automotive, aerospace and food.
