NJ Court Reverses Forum Rulings In Insurance Cases

Law360, New York (March 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Taking on two cases over insurance coverage for asbestos litigation involving companies including Honeywell International Inc., Resco Holdings LLC and others, a New Jersey appeals court has struck down rulings in both suits that would have bolstered efforts to continue the cases in New Jersey despite competing suits in other states.
