Madison Square Garden, NHL Settle Antitrust Suit

Law360 (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Madison Square Garden LP and the National Hockey League have settled an antitrust battle over the NHL's attempts to include the New York Rangers in a plan to collectivize all team Web sites.

Judge Loretta A. Preska of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed the case with prejudice on Wednesday according to the terms of a settlement agreement the parties reached earlier in the week.
