JP Morgan, Western Gas Strike Deal In Antitrust MDL

Law360 (March 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- J.P. Morgan Trust Co. NA has asked the court overseeing multidistrict litigation involving an alleged conspiracy to fix wholesale natural gas prices to dismiss the claims against defendant Western Gas Resources Inc.

J.P. Morgan, trustee for FI Liquidating Trust, and Western Gas on Thursday filed a joint motion of dismissal in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, explaining that all of their outstanding issues had been put to rest.
