Pa. Judge Urged To Move Mesh Cases After Justices' Rulings

By Matt Fair (July 3, 2017, 6:05 PM EDT) -- After two recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions limiting the ability of trial courts to retain jurisdiction over claims from out-of-state plaintiffs, a Pennsylvania state judge was urged to dismiss a cluster of cases against Boston Scientific Corp. and a Johnson & Johnson unit from non-Pennsylvanians alleging injuries from faulty pelvic mesh products.
