Bankrupt Co. Seeks Alleged Ponzi Schemer's US Open Tickets

Law360, New York (July 6, 2017, 10:28 PM EDT) -- Defunct ticket reseller and alleged Ponzi scheme front National Events Holdings LLC filed a suit in New York bankruptcy court on Wednesday in an attempt to force the company's indicted former CEO and his father to hand over hundreds of tickets for this year’s U.S. Open Tennis Championships.
