Asian-American Police Win Bias Suit V. Port Authority

Law360 (March 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A jury has found that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey violated the civil rights of 11 Asian-American police officers by denying them promotions during, in some cases, more than 20 years of service.
