Claims Cut In Suit Over AIG Workers' Comp Premiums

Law360 (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district judge has thrown out part of a putative class action against American International Group Inc. from South Carolina businesses seeking redress for workers' compensation premiums they allege were fraudulently calculated.
