O'Hare Cleaning Co. Opt-In Plaintiffs Tossed From Wage Suit

Law360, Springfield (July 11, 2017, 8:56 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge has granted a request to dismiss decertified opt-in plaintiffs from a wage-and-hour suit against janitorial services company Scrub Inc., which contracts with Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.

U.S. District Judge Robert Gettleman's order, filed Monday, releases the 750 opt-in plaintiffs remaining after the class' conditional certification was decertified in May.
