Law360, Los Angeles (July 12, 2017, 10:11 PM EDT) -- Counsel for the widow of a smoker killed by lung cancer told a Florida jury on Wednesday that Philip Morris was responsible for the man’s death, because its marketing got the man hooked at a young age while the company hid the true dangers of cigarettes.
