Law360, New York (July 17, 2017, 8:20 PM EDT) -- Crystallex International Corp. has obtained a restraining notice from a New York federal court against subsidiaries of the Chinese financial firm Haitong International Securities Group Ltd., part of the Canadian miner's efforts to prevent Venezuela from dispersing assets that could be used to satisfy a confirmed $1.2 billion arbitral award against it.
