Burberry Strikes $2.5M Deal To Wrap Up Workers' OT Suit

Law360, New York (July 17, 2017, 3:03 PM EDT) -- Burberry Limited workers who sued the company for allegedly unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York law told a federal judge on Monday that they had agreed to settle their putative collective and class action for $2.54 million.
