Fenway Vendors' OT Suit Pared Due To Preemption

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that federal law preempts the allegations, a federal judge has dropped several claims from a suit brought by food vendors at Boston's Fenway Park against Aramark Sports LLC accusing the food service company of failing to pay proper overtime, though the judge refused to dismiss claims related to unpaid tips.
