U. Of Miami Arbitration Institute Leader Nabs Africa Post
Law360, Miami (July 27, 2017, 8:31 PM EDT) -- The director of the International Arbitration Institute at the University of Miami School of Law, Marike Paulsson, has been appointed to an arbitration post for Sub-Saharan Africa, the university announced Thursday.
Paulsson will be a council member for North America to the court of the Mauritius Arbitration and Mediation Center, which is a platform for arbitration and mediation in Sub-Saharan Africa. She joins Hong Kong-based arbitrator and former Supreme Court of Hong Kong justice Neil Kaplan, former attorney general of Pakistan Makhdoom Ali Khan, and David Rivkin, a Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner and former president of the International Bar Association....
