4th Circ. Sends Northrop-DynCorp Spat Back To State Court

Law360, Nashville (July 31, 2017, 5:36 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit affirmed remanding to Virginia state court a dispute between a Northrop Grumman unit and DynCorp over alleged overcharging for subcontracted work on a U.S. Department of Defense counternarcotics contract, ruling Friday that Northrop Grumman waited too long to take the case federal.
