11th Circ. Sides With Waffle House In Arbitration Fight

Law360, New York (August 7, 2017, 6:54 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Monday overturned a lower court decision keeping out of arbitration a Florida Waffle House applicant’s class action alleging that the company didn’t let him fight a background check, saying that an arbitration agreement he signed when he was later hired by a Missouri Waffle House applies.
