Suit Accusing Energy Transfer Of Fixing NYMEX Nixed

Law360 (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Energy Transfer Partners LP has won the dismissal of a putative class action accusing the energy pipeline and natural gas firm of illegally manipulating the price of natural gas futures contracts on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Final judgment was entered March 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
