DC Circ. Backs NLRB's Specialty Healthcare Standard

Law360, New York (August 11, 2017, 3:13 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit rejected a challenge on Friday to the National Labor Relations Board’s Specialty Healthcare standard for analyzing the appropriateness of proposed “micro” bargaining units, saying a group of “riggers” at a concert equipment setup company can unionize separately from non-rigger colleagues.
