Boehringer Moves To Delay Sales Rep FLSA Trial

Law360, New York (April 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc., one of numerous drug companies facing wage-and-hour litigation by sales representatives, has asked a judge to stay its upcoming trial pending an appeals court challenge by sales reps in a near identical case against Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp.
