Dallas Trial Firm Asks 7th Circ. To Toss Asbestos RICO Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2017, 2:58 PM EDT) -- A Texas law firm on Tuesday urged the Seventh Circuit to throw out an engineered products company's claims that the law firm withheld evidence about its clients’ asbestos exposure in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and caused the company various state-court losses.
