By Andrew McIntyre ( September 20, 2017, 6:59 PM EDT) -- Private equity shop Rockpoint Group and Brooksville Co. are in discussions with Wells Fargo for roughly $470 million in financing for their purchase of a Brooklyn affordable housing complex, The Real Deal reported on Wednesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The companies are planning to buy Starrett City, a 5,881-unit, 46-building complex, and if they get a 55 percent loan-to-value ratio the acquisition loan would be for $470 million, according to the report....
