By John Kennedy (September 28, 2017, 10:56 AM EDT) -- A Fair Labor Standards Act dispute between a California Mercedes-Benz dealership and employees who advise customers about repair work will go before the U.S. Supreme Court for a second time as the justices consider whether the so-called service advisers are exempt from overtime, according to Thursday's Supreme Court order list.
