Law360, New York (April 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The National Lacrosse League Inc. is seeking to disqualify Archer & Greiner PC from representing the Chicago Indoor Lacrosse Team LLC in an antitrust lawsuit accusing it of artificially boosting membership fees for its franchises, arguing that the law firm has an “irreconcilable conflict” with the league, its former client.
In a motion filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the league said the Archer firm had represented it in numerous matters.
