Law360 (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wyeth Inc. shareholders have filed an amended complaint in their bid to halt a $68 billion merger between Wyeth and pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc., claiming the proposed deal isn't in the best interest of noteholders and demanding that the drugmakers disclose critical information about the merger.
