Car Dealer Software Providers Hit With NJ Antitrust Suit

(October 20, 2017, 5:45 PM EDT) -- Two software providers were slammed Thursday in New Jersey federal court with a putative class action by a car dealership accusing them of participating in an antitrust conspiracy in which they require outside vendors to engage with them to access dealers' data at exorbitant prices.
