Lead Plaintiff Tapped In Investors' Case V. Solar Co.

Law360, New York (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has appointed a lead plaintiff and consolidated two class actions brought by investors claiming that Chinese solar cell maker JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd. failed to reveal a $100 million investment with a Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. unit in the months before the investment bank filed for Chapter 11.
