Venezuela Again Urges DC Circ. To Nix OK Of $1.2B Award

Circuit reverse a district court decision confirming a $1.2 billion arbitral award issued to a Canadian gold mining company over a canceled contract, saying the corporation has given the judges no reason to uphold the incorrectly calculated award.
