Fed. Circ. Upholds Alice Patent Win For Comcast, Verizon

Law360, New York (November 1, 2017, 5:45 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Wednesday that four streaming media patents asserted against Comcast and Verizon are invalid for claiming only abstract ideas, more than three years after AT&T was barred from appealing a verdict that it infringed the patents because its attorneys missed a deadline.
