Safran Says Chopper Co.'s Contract Suit Still Doesn't Fly

Law360, New York (November 13, 2017, 6:30 PM EST) -- French aerospace company Safran SA and several affiliates have asked to ax litigation brought by a U.S. company that buys and repairs helicopters and engines, alleging that efforts to tweak the contract and unfair competition suit after an arbitral tribunal sent it back to Texas federal court are merely superficial.
