Canada To Fight Lumber Tariffs Through NAFTA Dispute Panel

Law360, New York (November 16, 2017, 9:18 PM EST) -- Canada has filed a notice to establish a dispute resolution panel under the North American Free Trade Agreement challenging new tariffs imposed by the Trump administration on imports of Canadian lumber, according to a document filed with the U.S. section of the NAFTA Secretariat.
