NFL's Ezekiel Elliott Drops Suspension Appeal At 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (November 15, 2017, 8:46 PM EST) -- Dallas Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott has dropped his appeal of a domestic violence suspension at the Second Circuit and will sit out the next five games, his agent and attorney announced Wednesday.

The statement released by agent Rocky Arceneaux and attorney Frank Salzano claims that the decision arises from a practical assessment of the legal landscape and Elliott’s desire for closure for himself, his family and his team.
