Conn.'s Non-Medicaid Claims Cut From Zyprexa MDL

Law360, New York (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The magistrate judge overseeing the Zyprexa multidistrict litigation has dealt the state of Connecticut a blow, limiting the state's claims against Eli Lilly and Co. for allegedly improper prescriptions of the anti-psychotic drug to those prescriptions paid for by Medicaid.
