Prominent Madoff Victim Atty Had Client Conflicts, Trust Says

Law360, New York (November 29, 2017, 8:32 PM EST) -- Members of a family trust sued by the Madoff trustee alleged in a federal suit filed Wednesday in New York that their attorney swindled them and other clients by representing Madoff victims with competing interests and lying about the trustee's willingness to settle.
