Law360, Nashville (November 30, 2017, 6:06 PM EST) -- A New Mexico federal grand jury has indicted four men, including a former U.S. Department of Defense program office director, over an alleged scheme to bilk the government out of millions of dollars through inappropriate use of a small business contracting program, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Wednesday.
