Ericsson Wins $75M From IP Suit Over Patent Upheld By Alice

Law360, New York (December 8, 2017, 7:10 PM EST) -- A Texas federal jury found on Thursday that Ericsson had proven that TCL Communication Technology Holdings had infringed on claims in a patent covering a system for controlling software in mobile devices and awarded Ericsson $75 million in damages.
