Nissan Owners Want Cert. In Sports-Car Clutch Defect Row

Law360, Los Angeles (December 19, 2017, 6:53 PM EST) -- Drivers of Nissan 370Z sports cars have asked a California federal court to certify them as a class in their suit accusing the automaker of hiding a defect that makes the clutch pedal stick to the floor, saying the consumers could prove their clutch systems all failed for the same reason.
