RE Rumor Mill: SL Green, Old Main Post Office, Lightstone

That would be about double the $122.3 million that SL Green snapped the property up for two years ago, according to the report. The property boasts such retail tenants as Burberry and Diesel, and the listing comes as downtown New York has seen retail lease negotiations heat up and office rents rise....
