Judge Says Jury In $2B PwC Malpractice Row 'Confused'

Law360, New York (March 16, 2017, 8:20 PM EDT) -- The New York federal judge presiding at MF Global’s $2 billion professional malpractice suit against accounting giant PricewaterhouseCoopers on Thursday suggested that jurors in the case are probably “enormously confused” by the testimony and suggested the jury be given a primer on the evidence they’ve seen so far.
