Market Rumors: UTAC, Jost Group, Nirakue

By Chelsea Naso (January 8, 2015, 4:18 PM EST) -- Singapore computer chip company UTAC Holdings Ltd., which is owned by private equity firms TPG Capital and Affinity Equity Partners, is said to be resurrecting plans for an initial public offering in 2015, with a listing in the U.S. being considered as a possibility, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the situations. UTAC's private equity backers are said to have invited banks to make presentations next week on their plans to list the company in either Singapore or the U.S., the report said. TPG and Affinity took UTAC private in a $1.5 billion leveraged buyout in 2007....
