GM Sierra Headlights Aren't Safe For Night Travel, Suit Says

Law360, New York (October 20, 2015, 1:59 PM EDT) -- General Motors LLC was hit with a proposed class action Monday alleging that the headlights in newer models of certain GMC Sierra vehicles don't provide enough light for night driving, causing a safety risk for both drivers and pedestrians.

Armando J. Becerra and Guillermo Ruelas said GM has long known about the alleged defect in the 2014 and 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 and the 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD, but has concealed the problem from customers and put drivers at risk.
