Enterprise Resolves Proposed Class Action Over Toll Charges

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 5:01 PM EST) -- Enterprise Rent-a-Car and one of its customers have resolved a proposed class action claiming the company refused to refund charges for a toll violation despite receiving proof he had paid the toll with his E-ZPass, according to an agreement filed Wednesday in New Jersey federal court.
