TD Bank Sued Over Overdraft Fees Against Uber Riders

(December 5, 2017, 9:23 PM EST) -- TD Bank NA was slapped Tuesday with a proposed class action in New Jersey federal court over claims that the bank has improperly assessed overdraft fees in paying for ride-hailing services instead of declining the transactions as bank customers had intended.
