CORRECTION: Fyre Festival Investor Wants To Pursue $3M Claim

Law360 (June 12, 2018, 4:49 PM EDT) -- An investor for the doomed Fyre Festival asked a New York bankruptcy judge to let it pursue a $3 million claim against the company and its organizers while the beleaguered concert operation goes through liquidation.

EHL Funding LLC urged U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Martin Glenn on Thursday to rule that the automatic stay created by Fyre Festival LLC's Chapter 7 filing does not bar investor EHL Funding LLC from proceeding with cases against the festival or its organizers.
