By Rick Archer (December 11, 2018, 7:20 PM EST) -- The New York bankruptcy judge overseeing Cambridge Analytica LLC's Chapter 7 case Tuesday said he will likely continue to hold the company director who signed the bankruptcy papers responsible for Cambridge's part in the case.
While saying he would reserve judgment while he reads a brief filed Monday urging him to vacate his order that named Cambridge director Julian Wheatland the "person responsible" for the bankrupt political consulting shop, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane said he would likely refuse since he was concerned about the failure of anyone to take responsibility for Cambridge.
