NJ Layoff Law Changes Tread On ERISA, Biz Group Says

In its lawsuit against Labor Commissioner Robert Ansaro-Angelo, the ERISA Industry Committee, or ERIC, targets a measure passed in January that among other things requires severance pay for certain laid-off employees.
